Chapter 14: Vivian's Perilous Encounter

After Louis discovered Luna's attempts to sabotage his relationship with Vivian, he immediately fired Luna from her position. However, out of respect for her father, he arranged for her to have a new job.

Luna was seething with anger and resentment, unable to accept that Louis valued Vivian so much. She managed to find Vivian's house, her face contorted with fury and bitterness, but she fought to regain her composure.

She stood there, waiting for Vivian to return home, and the tension in the air grew palpable as the two women locked eyes.

"So, you're the one who convinced him to fire me, aren't you?" Luna began, continuing to play the victim.

"Not at all! Did you want to meet me just to discuss this?" Vivian was equally unyielding.

Luna's true face began to surface, and her voice filled with anger. "You think you're so clever, don't you? Do you think I lost this game?"

Vivian remained calm, her expression resolute yet composed. "Luna, I don't understand what you're talking about.
