I went back to my office, sated. A permanent smile was plastered on my face.

I opened the door to my office only to see Marsais standing in my office. From her stance, it seemed she had waited for quite a while.

"Ahem." I cleared my throat. She turned immediately and nodded politely at me, waiting till I was fully settled in my seat.

I turned to the other side of my desk, staring at the floor to ceiling mirror Lucas had gotten mounted there some time ago before he left.
