(Evy's Point of View)

It was another monotonous day at the office but that was a point of correction, it was ordinary till my secretary sauntered into my office with a spooked expression.

I pushed up an eyebrow at her aghast expression. "Is there something wrong, Hannah?"

She cleared her throat and got closer to my table. "M-Mrs Evans, your husband is outside and is asking to see you,"

My brows furrowed. "My what? And what did you just call me?" I demanded, already knowing who caused all this. What was he doing in my building?

"M-miss Williams, I'm sorry, he said I should address you that. He said he's your husband and if he doesn't see you in the next minute, he's going to scream your marriage to the earrings of everyone and he looked deadpanned when he said it,"

I tsked. "Get security to throw him out, I don't want to see him," I waved my hand dismissively but the door of my office opened and the last person I wish to see on earth ambled in as if he owned the place, hands tucked in
