As expected, a few days later while Kai was in the headquarters, the media broke the story of the ongoing investigation of Kevin Rivera's involvement with shady private investigators. The media was buzzing with the information that his son, Kai, was cooperating with the authorities regarding the possibility that Kevin knew all along of his grandson's existence and abused his power at the time as the President to have a private investigator track me and my son.
It only took a small leap for the media to wonder how the current President was involved.
