Rose felt like she was definitely pushing her luck and was waiting for him to refuse and ask her to respect his boundaries. But she had gotten this far by asking and there was no harm in doing so, the worst he could do was say no or kick her out.

At this point though, she did not think he was going to kick her out, he had gotten a lot of tangible reasons over the past few hours but had not taken that step yet. It felt like months had passed since she had arrived at his gates and it seemed like she had been this comfortable with him for years.

If it was someone else she had met just that night, she certainly would not ask them to borrow her any clothes; unless hers had been shredded beyond recognition or some other manner of destruction. But with him, it did not feel weird or seem like she was crossing a line; it seemed normal.
