George was a lot more chatty than usual and I couldn’t tell why. However, it unsettled me because the man didn’t have a filter and he didn’t care about the consequences of the things he said.

Thankfully, the rest of the ride was silent and I didn’t have to hide my blush with my hair anymore. As soon as the car came to a stop, a man was knocking on George’s window.

He let out a sigh and opened his door, not caring that it hit the man next to it. “Asshole.” The stranger said, making me arch an eyebrow. Was it someone close to my boss?

Exiting the car, I rounded it to meet George where I got a better look at the man. By his side was a girl with similar features and I assumed they had to be siblings.
