Few days later, Kieran doesn't want to let Annaliese go.

When they get to the coven, the sun was beginning to rise.If her best friend wasn't about to die, Annaliese would enjoy the sunrise.She is forced to hand Phoenix to Griselda as her wounds are cleaned.
