He has shifted most of his excellent employees from Ireland to help him settle everything in Michigan by offering them higher posts and had already started with his mission. He knew it would not be that easy to win the hearts of the people around but he was taking one step at a time to bring many changes to the economy and infrastructure of the city. And so he had taken the help of the mayor who welcomed him with open arms and was helping him side by side. But there were few who did not like what he was doing so he needed to be careful.
