LOGINFor some reason, Skylar could not forget Aslan's scent. It was quite seductive. Skylar followed his instincts and followed Aslan back to the nightclub.
Aslan was with his friends again. From time to time he sniffed himself, but he smelled nothing. To be honest, Skylar's remark left him a bit confused. What scent was Skylar smelling?
"Hey, Ash! Is he your friend?"
Aslan turned his head and immediately scowled in annoyance when he saw Skylar standing next to him, smiling.
"Fuck! Why did you follow me here?"
Skylar chuckled. "I just wanted to talk to you. We didn't finish talking and you just left."
Aslan exhaled heavily. "Get lost! I don't want to see your face."
One of Aslan's friends approached Skylar and watched him closely. "Who is this?"
Skylar glanced at one of Aslan's friends. "Just a friend of Ash's."
"Bullshit. I don't know him." Aslan said.
Aslan's friends laughed derisively. They began to hurl insults at Skylar. Meanwhile, Skylar was silent. His grin never faded. He paid no attention to Aslan's friends and concentrated only on staring straight at Aslan.
"Ash, do you want us to throw this asshole out?"
Aslan shook his head. "Leave him alone."
Aslan ignored Skylar as if the man was not even there. He sat on the nightclub couch and sipped his drink in silence. He thought Skylar would get bored and leave, but he was wrong. Instead, the man walked up to Aslan and sat down next to him.
"What the hell?! How dare you sit beside me?"
Skylar grinned. He shifted his sitting position until their thighs were pressed together.
"Tell me, what perfume are you wearing?"
Aslan rolled his eyes. He was annoyed beyond belief. "What's the matter with you? I told you, I'm not wearing perfume. Something's wrong with your sense of smell."
Skylar leaned over to Aslan again. He sniffed the area around Aslan's earlobe and neck again.
"Fuck! Don't come so close!"
"Come on... You smell good. I'm addicted."
Aslan got chills. "You're crazy!"
"No, no, I'm serious."
"Yes, you're really crazy. How many times do I have to tell you I don't wear perfume?"
Skylar rubbed his chin. "So this is your natural body scent?"
"Can you... just go away, huh? You're annoying!"
Skylar just smiled.
"Look, we're in a nightclub. There are a lot of Omegas here. They all wear pheromone perfume to attract patrons. Maybe you can smell their scent."
Skylar shook his head. "No. I don't like the smell of Omegas, and I can tell what smells like pheromone perfume and what doesn't."
Aslan laughed. Skylar's statement about not liking Omega scents sounded ridiculous to his ears. How could an Alpha like him not like the smell of Omegas?
"Are you kidding me?"
Skylar winced. "What?"
"You mean you don't like the smell of Omega?"
Skylar nodded. "Yeah, I do."
"How come? Aren't you an Alpha?"
Skylar smiled. "So you know my second gender, huh?"
Aslan snorted quietly. "I don't need to check your history file to know what your second gender is. Just one look at it and it's pretty obvious that you're Alpha."
Skylar nodded. "Good guess."
"So why don't you like the smell of Omega? What if you have a rut?"
"Suppressant."
Aslan was surprised at Skylar's answer. Actually, it was not strange for an Alpha to use a suppressant. After all, there are suppressants sold in pharmacies specifically for alphas. In fact, most Alphas who do not have a mate use suppressants to keep from carelessly fucking Omegas. Aslan was only surprised because Skylar said he did not like the smell of omegas. Aren't most Alphas drunk when they smell Omega?
Their conversation continued. Aslan throws more sarcastic words, while Skylar responds casually. It's just that behind his casual response, Skylar was actually holding back. Aslan's scent was too intoxicating for him. He became less concentrated and a little dizzy.
"Ash, are you really Beta?"
Aslan, smoking his cigarette, was silent for a moment. "Why do you ask?"
Skylar squared his shoulders. "I don't know. Maybe you're really an Omega disguised as a Beta?"
Aslan burst out laughing at Skylar's words. "Are you serious? Is there an Omega like me?"
Skylar watched Aslan. The boy was far from the stature of most Omegas. His body was perfectly formed, he was quite tall and quite well built. Some Omegas were like that, but not many.
Aslan looked at Skylar, and suddenly an idle idea popped into his head. Aslan stood up and tugged at Skylar's wrist. He looked at his friends who were already high with the Omega bitches.
"Listen, guys... Do I smell like perfume?"
Aslan's friends burst out laughing. "What perfume?" One of his friends asked.
Aslan looked at Skylar. "Do you hear them? They're with me almost all the time, and they don't smell anything on me, so it looks like your nose is at fault."
"I'm sure that nice smell is coming from you."
Aslan sighed. Suddenly, he grabbed one of the Omega prostitutes who had been serving him and his friends. Aslan was just having fun. He thought Skylar was only pretending to dislike Omegas. Some Alphas have unparalleled arrogance. They think they're superior to other second genders, especially compared to Omegas. It's possible that Skylar's earlier comment was just a lie. The man said that he did not like the smell of Omegas just because of prestige. In fact, if he was confronted with an Omega in heat, he would be aroused as well.
"Here. You can enjoy it. I'll pay."
Aslan thought he would see Skylar being tempted by the Omega. But it was the other way around. When the Omega prostitute approached Skylar at Aslan's command, Skylar immediately backed away, covering his nose. Not only that, but Skylar's face paled.
"Aslan..."
Skylar growled. One of his palms pressed against his stomach, and in the next second, Skylar was instantly nauseous.
Aslan frowned. "Wait... Sky, you..."
Skylar ran straight to the nightclub's restroom. He could not stand it anymore and wanted to throw up on the spot. Aslan was confused, so he reflexively followed Skylar into the restroom.
Once inside the restroom, Aslan heard the sound of Skylar vomiting in one of the stalls. To be honest, Aslan was surprised. Skylar actually threw up when he was near an Omega. Was what he said true? But how could it be?
After a few moments of letting Skylar finish vomiting, Aslan approached the man. Aslan looked at Skylar and noticed the man's expression. Skylar, who had always been full of mischievous smiles and annoying grins, was suddenly very flat. He did not look aroused either.
"Um... I didn't know that omegas actually made you sick to the point of vomiting."
Skylar gave Aslan a sharp look. Then suddenly Skylar grabbed Aslan's wrist and pulled it tight.
"Argh! You..."
Skylar shoved Aslan's back, then pinned the young man to the restroom wall. Skylar restricted Aslan's movements, and it was then that Aslan realized that Skylar was very strong.
"Fuck! Let go of me!" Aslan screamed angrily.
Instead of letting go, Skylar moved closer to Aslan. He lowered his head and sniffed Aslan's neck.
"You smell good." Skylar whispered.
Aslan got chills. He had heard that line from Skylar before, but this time it felt different.
Aslan panicked. He gathered all his strength and pushed Skylar away. When he had the chance, Aslan ran out of the restroom.
Aslan did not return to his friends. He ran straight out of the nightclub. When he felt safe outside, Aslan stopped running. His breathing was labored and his heart was beating hard. Aslan rubbed his chest and bit his lip. Aslan was confused. For a moment he had felt so intimidated. It was as if Skylar was dominating Aslan.
"No, no, that is impossible. I'm an Alpha too, so there's no way I could..."
Aslan squeezed his own head. He felt threatened by Skylar, but why? Even when Aslan dealt with his father and brother, he never felt intimidated. So why did Skylar make him feel weak?

Aslan was startled by Skylar’s sudden appearance at Mario’s house. It was especially unsettling when he saw Mario lying unconscious with a bloody nose. A fierce glint shone in Skylar’s eyes, making his intimidating aura even more overwhelming. For a moment, Aslan was transported back to an incident from the past. That night when he and Skylar were attacked by a group of thugs. The last thing Aslan remembered before passing out and being taken to Skylar’s apartment was a faint, fleeting glimmer in Skylar’s eyes.Strangely, even though Skylar looked extremely intimidating, Aslan sensed the fresh scent of trees emanating from the man’s body. It was a familiar scent that he had also felt when Skylar had experienced the rut back then. The difference was that the scent of trees and foliage he sensed this time was far stronger. It was pleasant, but because it was stronger, it made Aslan’s body heat up and his head feel slightly dizzy. His knees gradually felt weak. He could feel his body wea
Allen trembled at the sight of his father. His father was the only person who could completely intimidate him. Although Allen was expected to be Rosat’s heir — with his exceptional physical abilities, intellect, and charisma, all of which were perfectly suited for a leader — none of that mattered when he faced his father. While Aslan was traumatized and hated his father for not being acknowledged, Allen felt obligated because his father had placed Rosat’s future on his shoulders. In a situation like this, Allen tried to stay calm. He hoped his father hadn’t overheard his conversation with Haruki earlier in his room regarding Aslan.“Father, what brings you here?”Aaron glared sharply at Allen. That intimidating gaze made Allen’s composure waver slightly. Then, his father looked Allen up and down. A cynical smirk curled his lips, followed by a question.“Where are you going? You seem in a hurry, Allen.”Allen swallowed nervously. He'd be doomed if he got caught.Feeling a bit panicked,
Mario stammered as he spoke, unsure of how to respond. For a moment, he was tempted to admit to Aslan that he liked him. However, he held back because he wasn’t sure about his feelings. He was certain he was attracted to Aslan, but he wasn’t sure if it was just simple attraction or love. Besides, Mario was worried that admitting his feelings might change their friendship.Being stared at intently by Aslan, who was waiting for his answer, made Mario’s mind go blank. Since a moment ago, his eyes had been darting around restlessly. His mind raced, trying to find an answer good enough for Aslan. In the end, all that came out of Mario’s mouth was a hollow, stiff laugh. He slowly shook his head while scratching the back of his neck, even though it wasn't itchy.“What are you talking about, Ash?”Aslan raised one eyebrow. His expression didn’t change. He kept staring at Mario seriously."Exactly what I asked earlier. Just answer honestly,” he said.Mario swallowed nervously. Only his stiff l
“What’s going on?” Allen asked frantically.“We… We’ve been found out, and that guy… He’s really dangerous.”Allen’s eyes widened in shock. “What do you mean? What’s actually happening?”“He’s really strange and dangerous. He’s releasing an excessive amount of pheromones. His intimidating aura is truly overwhelming. He’s giving us nosebleeds, Fred even threw up blood.”Allen truly didn’t expect to hear such a report from his men. Up until now, the reports they’d given Allen had merely covered Aslan’s situation, and everything had always been fine. While Aslan was staying at Skylar’s house, two of Allen’s men were watching him there. Allen ordered them to only observe and not get caught. Their job was simply to report to Allen on Aslan’s condition while he was staying there. So far, they had never bothered Aslan or Skylar at all. They were truly just keeping watch.Who would have thought that Fred and Johan, who were ordered to secretly monitor Aslan’s condition, would instead be affec
"So, where are you?"Aslan looked around in confusion when Mario asked him. There were no street signs in the area. He looked at the woman whose phone he had borrowed."Excuse me, where are we right now?" he asked. The woman had been staring intently at Aslan—so much so that she’d zoned out—but she immediately blinked and snapped back to reality when she heard his question."Huh? Oh, um, we're on Kayne Street."Aslan nodded. “Kayne Street. Do you know where that is?”“Yes,” Mario replied. “But where exactly are you right now?”Aslan scanned his surroundings again. "In a park. I don't know its name because there's no sign. It’s a rundown park that looks completely neglected.”"Oh, I know where you are. There’s only one park on Kayne Street. Wait for me there, and don't go anywhere, Ash."Aslan agreed. Besides, he was exhausted from walking for hours. He didn’t even know where that street was. After the call ended, Aslan returned the phone to the woman. He flashed her another fake, swee
A few hours later, Skylar woke up with a throbbing headache. He grimaced and rubbed his head. The sun was already shining brightly outside."Ugh... Fuck! My head hurts so bad," he muttered. He groaned softly and tried to gently massage his temples, hoping it would ease his dizziness.Skylar remained still in the room for a few moments after waking up. He was busy dealing with his dizzy head. When the dizziness began to subside, Skylar’s eyes focused on his surroundings. As soon as he realized he was in his secret room, his eyes widened in shock."Huh? Why am I in this room?"He immediately felt uneasy. Although this room is similar to the others in his house, Skylar never sleeps in it. It is solely used for storing important and confidential work-related items. He closed his eyes, trying to remember what had happened the night before. He clearly remembered coming home in a half-drunk state. The streets were quiet that night, and despite his dizzy head, Skylar had managed to drive home
With his heart pounding, Aslan covered his mouth. He held his breath so Skylar wouldn't find him. Aslan didn't mean to eavesdrop. He just wanted a drink because he was thirsty. He really didn't mean to overhear Skylar talking about the family murder or whatever it was.Luckily, Skylar didn't invest
"What are you talking about?"Aslan hoped he had heard wrong. There was no way they would share a room. Aslan noticed several identical doors in the house. Besides, the house was not exactly small. There was no way there was only one room. If Skylar intended to put him up in this house, he should h
“Are you crazy?”Skylar smiled calmly. "Why?"Aslan was speechless. How could Skylar talk about living together as casually as he talked about today's weather?“What do you mean, live with you?” Aslan asked.Skylar shrugged. "Yes, exactly what I said. You, me, us—living together at my place. Why ar
"Allen!"Aslan shouted when he saw Allen was serious about beating up that unfamiliar guy. Aslan didn't care if Allen wanted to fight him; it wasn't his business. He just didn't want them to fight in his room. It would disturb his peace and quiet.Unfortunately, Allen was already annoyed by Haruki'
