Marcus' pov

My hands are shaking so badly. Whenever I lift them up they tremble and I have no control over it. They're also weak. My right hand is a little better than the left but they both are too weak to even lift a full glass of water. I have to use a straw! Cole keeps getting me to squeeze his hand but I can't do it very hard.

"Good morning Marcus, how are you feeling?" The doctor asks as she comes in. Nathan and Cole are both still here after they refused to go home. I can't believe they slept on the uncomfortable chairs.

"My wrists are sore and my hands won't stop shaking," I complain.

"You've got an appointment with the physiotherapist in a couple of hours, until then we need to discuss medication for you. I've spoken with your therapist and we both think you'd benefit from antidepressants," she tells me.

"I don't want to take antidepressants," I say sternly.
