Chapter 48

"Sit down first."  Aslan told Herrin to sit on the couch beside him.

"Who are you of Alyne?" asked Herrin to the point when he had landed his ass on the sofa.

"That's not important who am I of her," said Aslan, pointing at Alyne who was still fast asleep in his lap.

"The most important thing for you to know, I am the first person who will always be there for her, with or without her asking."  His hand rubbed her head gently, and Herrin who saw it somehow felt angry.

"I just wanted to tell you something, Herrin."

Herrin frowned when he heard the man in front of him say his name.  It means that he and that man knows each other, but he had forgotten along with the lost of his memory.

"Once I know you make her hurt.." Aslan seemed to pause his sentence.  

"No matter it's mentally or physically...."

"I will really hide her until you're going crazy for not being able to find her."
