The ding coming from my phone made Christine twitch her nose disgusted. I pulled out the phone not moving my eyes from her. She rolled her eyes annoyed before I moved away to check the message I had received. This was definitely not over.
“Jo. Save the video I just sent, gold star is in effect. When your done touch your wedding ring. Time is sensitive. We are watching. Your car was “handled”, so be careful. You got eyes on you. 5 o’clock purple strands and orange/ black sweater 7 o’clock. For what’s going to happen next Be PROFESSIONAL. Oh and Jo, Don’t smile! We are watching!! db. Now get to work. Alex’s POV After parking the car in Jo’s usual spot, I got out rushing to the entrance.“Good, you are here” Jonathan greeted me relieved. “Follow me” he continued turning his back and disappearing inside the building. My body followed him silently, still not knowing if I should trust him or not.“You want a coffee or something stronger? Alex’s POV “ Someone is tailing Jo, since she left the house” Jonathan told me suddenly brushing his hair nervously. “She shouldn’t have called you. She drew to much attention to herself. I was wrong to assume they stopped following her.“What’s the plan?” I asked him tired of not knowing. “I told you already that someone handled your breaks, we were lucky enough to find out before anything bad happened. Knowing this we went ahead and staged your accident. Right now, it’s all over the news that you were badly injured.” Jonathan said shortly. “Central intelligence managed to get the guy who messed up your car and right now he is being questioned by my friend, we hope soon we have some prove so we can decide how we are going to proceed next.”

Alex’s POV Today it’s going to be an awesome day. That’s because I can finally see her and hold her in my arms. It’s been a rough month for both of us. I had to pretend to be in a coma, while my parents waited night and day at the hospital patiently for the news that everything was good and I was safe. I remember the look on my mom and dad when they entered the room and they saw I was okay.
