Chapter 29

When we got home, mom, dad and my sisters were obviously asleep. Mom's shop was closed and the lights inside the house were off. We entered the house slowly so as not to disturb my family.

When we were free to enter and no more noise was created, we breathed a sigh of relief. Gio was a bit drunk so he staggered to my room. I suddenly stopped him.

"You can't sleep here," I said to him.

"I want to be next to you, I can't sleep on the sofa," he answered with a sneer. I held my breath. "You can sleep here but you have to get up at dawn?" I asked.

"Yes," he answered.

We entered my room together. I changed my sleeping bag, it was dark so I didn't want to undress in front of him. After I finished changing, I immediately went to my bed. He was lying down and it's staring at me. I couldn't stop smiling because of the looks he was giving me.

"Why?" I asked him.

"Nothing, even though it's dark, your beauty dominates at night," he said. I smiled widely.
