Emma Jean looked up to see Sam walking in her room. A small smile tugged at her lips. She tried to think rationally. The kind of guys she normally goes for always end up being the ones that hurt her. She had hoped this wasn’t the case for Sam. He reached the edge of her bed staring at her as if she were a delectable pastry to be devoured. Emma jean loved that look in his eyes. She launched herself into his arms, stealing multiple kisses from him. The two of them worked quickly to divest the other of their clothing. Sam laid her back onto her bed. Emma jean gazed into his eyes as they became one.

Sam came back after doing her errands for her. He knocked on the door and listened for her to speak. “Enter.” He was hesitant to go inside. Emma Jean didn’t look happy, nor did she look sad. He just felt underneath her cool exterior she was ready for war. He walked inside to see her on the phone. He felt relieved to have a moment to calm his nerves. Kenji made up his mind to talk to her and explain. If she decided after that, there was no need for another date he would accept it. Kenji made it to the high-end shops. He seen the café that Emma jean wanted to meet at. He sent her a message just outside the door. [I’m here. Do you want me to order for you?] Emma Jean was just about to pay for the lingerie she had bought. Everything the woman had brought to her made her feel as if she were made of a million dollars. She ended up buying them all. Her phone buzzed. Figuring it was Kenji she pulled out her phone along with her credit card. Handing her card over to the cashier she read his message. [Just a green tea will be fine. And an orange scone.] Kenji had just reached the front of the line when he seen her message. “A green tea with an orange scone. I’ll have a mocha Frappuccino.” The young lady proceeded to ring up his order. “That will be twenty-five, thirteen.” His face frowned at the cost for two drinks. He was about to say something when he remembered where he was. He took out the cash to hand to her. “Here you go.”
