TCLM#8: The three years contract

Today's sky is a blue-grey brindle with the softest accents of white, dappled by the visible soft clouds. The cloudy night softens the vibrant colors of day to soft pastel hues, the kind that awakens the soul. There is a suspended moment of silence inside Melbourne's residence dining area. The only thing you will hear is the flitting utensils and the chewing sound.

"We talked about this last time, Perci." His dad broke the silence.

"Can we finish this dinner first? I'm afraid that I might lose my appetite." He gives them an apathetic look. Aside from his face, it is clear that he is disinterested in opening a conversation.
