Forty Eighth Secret
Zach was shocked into silence by her words. Adam was interested in him like that? He had mentioned he was gay some time that morning so it was entirely possible. It just felt like it was unlikely to be the truth.
“He’s really into you,” Meghan continued. “He kept looking at you and he did say that you made a strong impression on him during his interview.”
Zach was finding it harder to deny Adam’s interest towards him in his mind. He had noticed the glances and Adam had made it clear that he found him cute.
It was just impossible for him to have a boyfriend for another ten months.
“I’m sure he’s just looking for a friend closer to him in age,” he said and walked on.
He didn’t need any romantic complications right now. Meghan grinned and fell back into step with him.
