DAMIAN'S POV

I rushed over into the room jullie had been lying to sleep in and came face to face with her in front of the door.

She stared bewildered at me like she had seen a ghost and I wondered if she was in any way unhappy to see me. I had thought I lost her forever when she was brought out in a pool of blood.

The following morning after having a night filled with nightmares, maybe due to my worry for Julie or the room aesthetic I wouldn't be so sure, I woke up with a swollen eyes but wouldn't care, it was daybreak and Karim had promised to analyze the location on the map as soon as day broke.

I hurried into the bathroom and had a quick shower rushing down the stairs the moment I put on casual wear. I walked towards the dinning and found Karim seated side by side with Luke and I wondered why they were up earlier than I was.

“Ahhha, you are here” Karim said the moment I was close enough to them, he got up on his feet and Luke did the same.
