Chapter 12. Inner Bond

William rushed to the boss and left immediately to meet Alana.

"Willy, stop at the doll shop first, I want to keep my promise to give Alana a doll," Henry ordered as they were on their way to the hospital.

"But there's no doll shop open yet, Boss," William replied.

"No matter what, I have to get that doll now." Henry didn't want to know, and he had to come with the doll. He was sure William could do anything he couldn't.

William stopped his vehicle on the shoulder of the road and then called someone to deliver the doll to him on the spot.

After the call, William didn't leave immediately. He waited for the person he called to come. While waiting, William texted Amanda that he and Henry were on their way to the hospital.

"What are you waiting for?" asked Henry, "let's go, we have to get there soon." Henry looked at the clock in his left hand.
