Piano concert

Ethan was sitting in the office comfortably resting on his chair, with his eyes shining with a gentle, serene happiness like a glow that emanated from within him. He had been feeling so pleased since the day before for an unknown reason, and it was a new kind of feeling that he had not felt in a long time.

He beamed a radiant smile stretching from ear to ear as his entire face alighted more than ever, and remained like that since he got to the office and started working on every of his piled-up jobs. Surprisingly, he had even slept better than he had slept in months the previous night. The memories from the previous day were hard to get rid of.

Watching Ava stare in flushness the previous day brought some kind of hope to his heart, because that was a different kind of light than he had ever seen her before.
