The wedding had been moved to the town hall after the sun became hot, and the party was still in full swing.

Everyone looked to be having a good time. They were still feeling weird, but they were all having a good time.

The crowd was packed, shoulder to shoulder, everyone looking at the wedding altar where Maya stood, dressed in her silver gown.

The high priest, slowly walked forward, he was old and could barely stand upright, he slowly raised the chalice of moonwater, his voice taking over the crowd.

“Do you, Maya, take Callum, king of Moonclaw, to be your husband and king, to stand as Luna and guide this pack through shadow and light?” He asked, and the whole crowd fell silent.

Maya smiled and slowly nodded, a large smile on her lips as she nodded.

“I do.” She said, a smile on her face, it felt like she had taken a step toward the crown she had coveted since childhood.

The crowd erupted in cheers, clapping coming from every corner of the hall.

  • The Chosen Mate Of The Lycan King   Chapter 105

It was cold in the forest as Callum silently walked through it, his legs sinking into the wet, muddy floor. His jacket was badly soaked with morning dew. He turned back to look one more time at the shack, where he had left Ryk still unconscious over a drugged cup of tea.He turned away and continued his journey. His heart hurt with every step he took. He loved Keira, and if he was given a chance, he would live his life differently. He would love her differently. He wanted to run back and tell her thank you for always being there for him but he knew she would try to stop him.He continued walking, Moonclaw’s fall—its streets burning, its people slaughtered, its elders dead, it all drove him forward. Isabel’s rogues had taken everything, and he could no longer call himself their alpha, he had failed to protect them when they needed him the most so he would offer his life to spare what remained. The palace was a few buildings away from where he stood. He took a deep breath. The irony

It was a cold morning, and the forest around Keira’s shack was covered in early morning mist. The air was cold, with the smell of wet wood and dew. It was silent except for the soft rustling of leaves and the distant sounds of an owl. Ryk stood a few feet from the shack, his breath was visible as he slowly urinated on an old tree, he had taken his sword out with him.Ryk always loved taking a stroll early in the morning because it was quiet; it helped him process his thoughts well.Just then he heard a twig snap, it was sharp and close, jerking Ryk from his thoughts. He froze, and he slowly began to sniff, trying to identify the danger with his nose.Through the mist, he saw a shadow move, it was a rogue soldier, he recognized leather armor, and that familiar curved blade shining at his side. Ryk quickly hid behind the tree, his heart pounding, his hand reaching for his sword. He peered through the fog, fear in his eyes as more figures emerged, it was a patrol of six rogues, they

The mountain air was cold, and the smell of grass and mud had made Asher forget almost everything and everyone he knew.A part of him loved this new life, this peace, this serenity, but another part wanted his kingdom back—he wanted Rogue Island back. For two weeks, he had hidden in a small farming village hidden in the mountain peaks. It was a small cluster of stone huts and pig pens where the people lived simple lives, undisturbed by the wars of moonclaws and rogues. His wounds, deep wounds from Keira’s wolf, had begun to decay at first, but now they had begun to heal better. At first, the villagers had been wary but after a while, they were kind and had taken him in, their village healer had worked tirelessly to draw out the poison. Asher sighed as he watched the morning sun break through the mist.He stood at the village’s edge, his body was healed now, and his will had hardened, he was going to get his kingdom back.He knelt beside the village headwoman, Patia, a short woman w

The forest around Keira’s hut was quiet, except for the sound of the fire inside and the rustling of leaves outside the hut.The smell of stew filled the air, it was now cold in its pot. Keira stood silently by the door, her heart pounding as she looked at Callum, Ryk, Catherine, and Abigail. Her eyes were fixed on Callum. His eyes no longer looked confused; they looked alive with recognition, filled with the love she had thought was lost. Her hands trembled at her mouth, and her shock slowly turned into a rush of emotions, relief, longing, and fear.“Keira,” Callum said again, his voice rough but softer, he slowly stepped forward. His jacket was torn and stained with blood and dust from the fight back in the wedding hall. Before she could speak, he closed the distance, putting his arms around her in a tight hug. Keira held her breath as her arms slowly covered him, her fingers softly holding his back as if to confirm he was real. He had a warm smell, he smelled of manly soap a

The wedding hall was a slaughterhouse. No one got out.The walls were surrounded by Rogues, with instructions to kill anyone who attempted to get out.Lord Compton had one goal: to make sure Callum didn’t escape the wedding hall. Killing Callum would grant him his long-awaited revenge against the alpha family for their sentence on the Conoron family, and he was going to do it even if it meant emptying the hall. The wedding hall was filled with screams and the sound of steel clashing. The room smelled of blood and fear, the festive bouquets of white roses had been trampled and turned into a bloody mess.Isabel, the rogue queen, stood at the center of the room, her black cloak soaked with blood, a cold smile on her face as she enjoyed the revenge.Lord Conoron stood beside her, his arms folded as he enjoyed the massacre, he smiled and cheered as a group of farmers were cut down by a load of bullets in their attempt to escape.Konan slowly walked towards him, his bloodied axes in his ha
