“Come here,” I spoke to Pauline. She sit in our middle.

I look at Paul, I can see that he’s nervous but I gave him a smile to calm him.

“Do you still remember how I described your Father?” I ask Pauline.

She nodded, “He’s a singer, handsome, and loyal.”

“What do you want to do now that you know some details of your Father?” I ask, she look at the sky like she’s thinking of the answer. I glanced at Paul, his eyes are getting red while he’s on Pauline’s back.

“I want to see him and ask him why he’s not here. I’m five years old already but I haven’t seen him,” she answers with her low voice.

“Are you mad at him?” I ask.

She shakes her head, “No, Mommy. If Daddy has a reason, I don’t think I’ll be mad at him. Does Daddy still love us?”
