Minerva's Book

I don’t move, it try not to anyways. She sits in front of me and I can’t do anything that will make her have a dislike for me.

Her long fingers wrap around the glass as she takes it to her lips while her brown eyes watch me intensely.

“Do you like the orange juice?”

She doesn’t respond, she just continues to stare.

“Does that mean you like it?”

I begin to fiddle in the spot and I watch her swirl the remaining drink in the glass. What I mean is that she swirls the glass, only for a second before she drops it down and a smile slowly forms on her lips.

“Silence means anything the requester wants it to be in Mifrenglish.”

At her words, I laugh, pulling back the chair to sit beside her.

“You know about Mifrenglish? How is that possible, I haven’t exposed it to the public.”

She shrugs and takes the glass to her lips again, “I am not the public.”<

I kind of feel bad for Sebby, if he was really being controlled. Minerva’s “fae side” is really childish though.
