CHAPTER THIRTEEN

A week had passed, and Hannah kept herself busy by focusing on her studies. Once in a while, Astrrid calls her and tells Hannah all of what is happening on the other side of the world.

However, since Hannah has a time limit for using the phone, it is always cut off. It may be shameful to say, but Hannah somehow felt envy every time Astrrid happily told her those stories. She also wanted to experience traveling to other countries and experience the freedom of doing what she wanted, without minding all the restrictions and reactions of her parents.

A knock from the door made Hannah come back to reality. From looking outside of her bedroom window, her eyes shifted towards the door, waiting for it to open.
