Alex put down his sword and looked into Vale's eyes.

“Don't you ever get in our way! Every soul to be freed from the Dazzle Curse is a virtue.”

Vale clicked his tongue, laughing at Alex's words that seemed to be lecturing him. He really hates it. He didn't understand why Alex insisted on helping Helena.

“You, open your eyes! Open your mind, idiot! Axton Almero is the meanest man in Castile La Mancha! He is an ignorant person! I won't hand Winky over to you. After all, my parents died because of Axton; what did I save him for?”

After saying those words, Vale then disappeared with Winky, while Robert was still frozen with this confusion. He was confused between having to side with Helena or Vale. Alex, however, was also right. Not everyone will always be bad.

“You must be tired from being in front of this forest for so long, right? How about resting in my little castle?” Robert offered.

“Are you on our side? I beg you, help me. Although Axton is evil and inhumane, but somehow I feel that he is also a good person. He once saved me from death,” Helena explained with pleading eyes, genuinely pleading with Robert. Only Robert can help her get Winky right now.

“I don't know, but I have more faith in you. Indeed, people will not always be evil, but every human being must have mistakes. I intend to help you guys out, and maybe be able to talk to Axton once he's willing to change.”

Helena took a deep breath and let it out in relief. She smiled at Robert's words. At least now Robert intends to side with her.

“Thank you,” said Helena with a smile. All of them, Amora, Alex, Helena, Winter and Robert, returned to Robert's house to rest for a while. They at least didn't stay in the forest waiting for Winky to come back. Helena was flabbergasted by Robert's castle, very grand and luxurious. She still couldn't believe that the man was so kind and willing to help her save Axton's trapped soul.

“Please rest, just consider yourself at home. Oh yes, Helena, I need to talk to you alone.”

Helena followed Robert for a walk in the garden behind the castle. He invited Helena to sit beside him.

“You're really Selena Dazzle's sister, aren't you?” asked Robert.

“Yes that's right. You must know because of this pentagon mark on my hand, right?” Helena guessed.

“Yes, it looks very clear and elegant.” Robert smiled. “I once met Selena when she was picking peaches in my castle garden. She is a beautiful and very attractive girl; unfortunately I can't reach her love. Selena is too perfect and I can't get close to her. Honestly, I like your sister. If only she was still alive, I would definitely confess my love.”

Helena only responded with a sweet smile. She also loves her brother. She was indeed angry that Axton had killed her sister, but she was sure that something had gone wrong at the time. Don't know why Helena is so sure that Axton couldn't have done it all on purpose. There must be a reason behind it all, she thought.

“Yes, my sister is beautiful and kind.” Helena smiled. She remembered how her sister loved the people of Castile La Mancha and helped people who were struggling with her magic.

“Then how about you? What magic are you good at, Helena?” Robert changed the subject.

Everyone who met Helena must have asked what kind of magic Helena was good at. They all assumed she must also have amazing magical powers. Unfortunately, all of that is wrong. Helena didn't have astonishing magical powers like her sister, because she hadn't studied magic since childhood. Helena is the only family who doesn't study the wizarding world.

“Nothing, I'm only good at healing; it's even just a basic ability. I can't use one that's too complicated. I do have talent, but I don't hone it. I've always disliked studying magic, for some reason. Maybe because when I was a kid, I saw my father kill a thief with his magic. Since then I have refused to use my magic anymore.”

Robert nodded in understanding. There must be a small trauma in Helena. Being a witch is not easy; it takes courage and mental readiness.

For a moment Robert thought for a moment. Then he said, “You want to learn magic? I'm a master at Archilago school. Maybe you can learn it from me. I am the master of fire. Maybe if you learn it, you can use it for good things.”

Robert was eager to pass his ability to Helena. God knows why he saw Helena like a shining white pearl. Her heart was very kind and it would be a shame for Robert if the girl's talent was wasted.

“Helena, let's go to the backyard.”

“Are you sure you want to teach me magic?” Helena asked again.

“Yes, if you need to master all the elements like your sister, if you want to become a noble witch. I'm sure you can make wise decisions in every problem. Especially now that the West and France are working together to exterminate all witches. Does this make sense to you? As witches are incarnations of our ancestors, we protect history and culture; why should we be exterminated? I hope that if you are chosen as a noble witch, you can overcome this and become wise.”

Helena sighed. It was very difficult for her to become a noble witch. She prefers to be an ordinary human for some reason. “I don't know. Even though I'm a descendant of the Dazzle family, but I have no intention of becoming a noble witch at all. For me it was a difficult decision. Witches do look dignified, but to me, as witches, they have a big responsibility.”

Robert patted Helena's shoulder. He tried to increase her confidence. “You can, definitely can. The Dazzle family should not be forgotten.”

Robert then took Helena to the center of the field and taught her magic about fire. She is very capable. She can master several magic spells that emit fire in an instant; even Robert is amazed at the power of Helena. Unlike other witches, she can also memorize spells quickly.

“Wow, you've mastered everything quickly! I'm sure that at the time of the noble witch exam, you'll be able to pass.”

“Do you think I deserve to continue my sister's work? I'm not as good as her.”

“You're not proficient yet, but you have talent, you know that, don't you? In the wizarding world, talent was the most important point. You have to believe in yourself to be the best witch.”

Helena looked at Robert uncertainly, but he was right. The name of the Dazzle family should remain known and stand firm. She also didn't want to disappoint her family. Even though they are now in different worlds, Helena is sure that her parents will be proud of her decision to participate in the selection of noble witches.

“Alright, I'll give it a try, Robert, thanks for your support. We just got to know each other, but you've been so good to me,” said Helena gratefully.

“You're welcome. You also have to study a lot to pass the test.” Robert then frowned. “Helena, may I know if all the souls cursed by Selena Dazzle can be released? Then what about Axton's body? Isn't it rotting?”

“He might die, he might not. If the body is not treated, it could die. Those who are cursed live in a semi-conscious state,” Helena explained as best she could. “They can see, it's just that they can't move and their organ functions are still functioning. They just can't eat or drink. The only way is with the help of tools or being healed so that his body can recover with a healing witch like me. If no one took care of their bodies, it was likely that they would die quickly. From Selena's diary that I read, every body that dies is marked with a wilted foxglove flower.”

“Oh God, this is really beyond expectation. Your sister is great, he planned all this carefully. Even to open the forbidden forest, we are required to find a destiny partner.”

“I know, she is indeed a great witch, can do whatever she wants without fail.”

“I'm very proud of your family. I hope that you too can become a master, either at the Archilago school or at Andromeda; both are good magic schools. The most important point right now is, at least we should be able to maintain the position of the witches. Society must be willing to support us, otherwise all witches will perish.”

Helena strongly agrees with Robert's words. She also had to think of a way so that no one would agree that the witches had to be killed. Actually, life in this world would be easier if there were witches. It is possible that many people will live in prosperity and peace; all who are sick will be healed, all who are in trouble will be eased.

That, however, still depended on the nature and heart of the witches, Helena realized silently.
