All eyes turned to me just after he called my name. I looked away from the table, avoiding looking at him.

Atlas clears his throat and goes back to what he was saying.

Feeling Daciana's eyes on me, I turned my attention back to Atlas who kept looking back at me.

I could see the hurt in his eyes whenever he looked at me but I chose to avert my gaze.

His mate who was sitting beside him squinted her eyes at me.

I watched her as she looked between Atlas and I, a million thoughts visibly running through her mind.

It was obvious that she was curious about who I was, because Atlas clearly didn't tell her about me.
