‘’ Is he…dead?’’ the moment those words were past her lips, her mind went blank. Darkness surrounded her and she wasn’t able to see anything beyond that.
In a moment she lost her breath, she was able to feel her heart beating faster than ever. It was the only noise she was able to hear in the room.
In the space, there was only Her and he and the darkness surrounded them.
Odin’s face flashed into her mind.
The sad smile he had, brought her back to reality.
‘’ No, I can’t let him die. He can’t die on me,’’ she murmured.
‘’ Don’t die on me,’’ she began fisting her hands against his chest in an attempt to wake him up.
‘’ Odin, don’t die. Breathe, wake up for me.’’
‘’ Don’t die!’’ she yelled loudly in his ears.
