He pulled away when she was starting to feel embarrassed.

“ You hadn’t said anything about the reason why you had kissed me when I wasn’t awake after the wound.”

His comment left her speechless. She couldn’t utter anything.

Silence followed in between them. His gaze was enough to make her feel nervous. If she could tell him why she did that back, no one would have felt much relieved than her most probably.
