I looked outside as the loud rain and loud thunderclap beat the earth heavily, the heavy breeze carrying every light thing away from sight. The trees moved violently, with some branches falling off in the heavy rain. The whole place was quiet, and the air smelled cold. The only sound I could hear was the loud thunderclap, so loud that it drowned out my cries. Funny how I could not hear my own cries, but I guess Mother Nature is crying with me and blocking my cries from the ears of my enemies. It has been two weeks since the devastating news, and I have been crying nonstop. So they killed not only my pup but also ruin the only chance I had at growing the family I wanted.
