"No!!"

I yelled at the top of my lungs while gathering Tania's defunct body to my chest.

"She cannot be dead. We were talking just now and I ask her to get some rest. So how can she die?"

Hot tears streamed shamelessly down my cheeks. My heart clenched in anguish and no amount of words can explain the agony coursing through my veins.

"Luna...I am so sor-"

"Shut your trap!" I rebuffed her instantly. "It is all your fault. Tania was suffering right here and none of you made a move to help her. You killed the only family I had left!" My voice cracked with tears.

"No, Luna. The poison was already ingested into her system. It tempered with her pretty badly. It was the same as the one used on the female omega that died during the court trial." The physician informed me.
