Chapter 11 Sins of the Mother

From his vantage point in the entertainment room, Brian watched Mason closely. What was he doing now? He watched as he picked up the flyer near the entertainment room door and read it. Brian was expecting him to be angry, maybe even throw a fit. But... he smiled.

Why would he smile? Brian chewed his lip in thought and waited for Mason to leave. Instead of leaving though, Mason only went back to the couch and sat down; looking at his phone. Mason folded up the flyer and put it in his pocket, still smiling to himself.

Wait a second... Brian pulled out his own phone, pulling up the photo of the flyer he had saved and read over it again.
