“Well I brought some of mine. We can go shopping later.” He lifted his nose and took in a breath like smelling something. Weird. “You smell divine. You always have.” He said in a sort of daze.
“That is downright creepy. What are you even talking about?”
That actually scared me a bit.
“Everyone have a natural scent to them. That’s how we identify someone or track someone. Being a part animal that comes naturally to us. You have this scent to you, I can’t actually put my finger on it but it is flowery of sorts. I can say you have a natural scent of purity. You know the way being with some people makes you feel safe and calm? That’s what it feels like around you. That is the reason why we chose you in our group. You always felt like home.” he explained.
I never expected that. My face must be red from embarrassment.
“Whoa that’s a lot to take in. Thanks I guess. I will go change.”
