Chapter 17: Demon's Lair

Dylan’s POV:

"We can't stay here. We need to move out and get going before it gets dark," I said to her. "The explosion would probably catch everyone's attention and now that they know where we are I bet they will all come to haunt us," I seriously warned her.

I blew a whistle to summon my hellhounds then helped Aria to get on the back of one of them. I was supposed to ride on the other hellhounds but when I saw her weak condition, I decided to join and ride along with her. She was sitting in front of me and I let her back rest on my chest while we drove to Fugly's place.

While we're on our way to Fugly, I have a sudden flash of memory of me being in the same situation traveling with someone whose identity is still unclear. I don't know why I'm having these flashbacks and every time I tried to recall them it always lead me to nothing.
