25~ |A Challenge To The Heart|

It had been three days since the-not-go-well discussion at breakfast. Ever since then, Oswin and Sean only spoke to each other when necessary. Though he tried to act normal, Sean refused to cooperate. They just ate in silence every day when they got back from work and slept separately, with him taking the couch.

He noticed how thinner Sean had gotten, for he kept eating less each day. Also, the cheerfulness and liveliness were gone, replaced by a no-emotion countenance like a robot.

It hurt him to see Sean in this condition. For countless times, he wanted to bring this human into his embrace, kiss him, and tell him the truth. He wanted to confess that he lied that day, and most importantly, he just wanted to tell Sean that he loved him. He loved him very much. Still, the thought of future consequences refrained him from doing what his heart desire
