Cassidy immediately realized what had happened. Clutching the diagnosis report, she collapsed to her knees.

She began stammering incoherently.

"N-No.

"W-Was Jeremy sick? I didn't know.

"I never thought that shove would–"

She kept repeating herself while crying like a helpless child.

She then took another look at the other documents inside the folder.

They included my earlier diagnosis of early-stage stomach cancer, as well as the diagnosis from my hospitalization after the massive hemorrh
