9| First Day (Matthew)
I woke up early and got to the office half an hour before normal all because I was eager to find out if Emma would show up to work today or not.
I sat in my office and was staring out the window that was next to the door, watching each person walk by in the hallway, not even paying attention to the beautiful employees I have, only focused on that one person that I wanted to show up.
The clock on my wall said it was 6:45 AM, she wasn’t supposed to be here for another fifteen minutes, I needed to be more patient than this.
The sketch that I made after the dream I had yesterday was there in front of me, begging me to get finished and created, but I needed to see Emma first, I needed to see her in order to figure out how to finish the design.

I headed back to the office after visiting Isabella at the warehouse and finding nothing but disappointment there. I cannot believe that it worked! He listened to me and now we’re going out and we’re going to talk, like adults, about each other’s creative process when it comes to design.It was such a risk to call him out on his shit back there but I am so thankful that I did.
