Epilogue

5 years later

Vladek was in the garden of his house looking at that old tree that brought back memories. It was the first thing he saw when he bought the house and promised that he would be happy. At the time, he never imagined that this would come true years later. Because yes, he was a completely happy wolf.

 

-Stop there, you're going to fall- Izen's voice echoed in the room.

 

Vladek felt something toss against his leg and his robe was pulled. When he lowered his head he found a small head of brown hair with a huge smile. He bent down and carried the barely three-year-old puppy that hugged his neck with its short little arms.

 

The little boy gave him a kiss on the cheek to open his mouth in a huge yawn. He dropped his little head on the wolf's large shoulder and closed his little eyes confidently. His breathing became steady instantly.
