CHAPTER FORTY ONE - A CHALLENGE

"Could he be the one attacking? Is your son the one attacking my mate?" Alexander asked the man who claimed to be his father.

"I got a letter the day you met your mate. It was a threat to the royal family from him," King Henry said, but he showed no emotion at all which only succeeded in angering Alexander further.

"What is his name?" he asked the King.

"His name is Killian, and he is younger than you. Your mother is the only one who knows about him. Killian's mother died during child birth and I sent him away to be raised as an Alpha in another pack."

"Great! This is so great!" Alexander exclaimed as he raised his hands up with pure sarcasm coating his tone. "The King of the whole werewolf kingdom, King Henry cheats on his mate and wife and has an illegitimate son only to neglect his legitimate one." His tone was laced with pure anger by now.

Alexander was tired of feeling the aftermath of his parents mistakes. It was a waste of his time and it was also truly exhausting.
