Val woke up to a dark room. The sniffed around and the room smelt stange. Unfamiliar. Her head was banging and her throat was dry and scorching. Her whole body aches from having slept in the hard rugged ground. For some minutes, she could not remember what had happened and what she was doing in such a strange place. "Anyone there?" She called out as loud as she could as she blinked rapidly against the dark room. She tried to rack her brain to remember how she got. Wait a minute... she had gotten to the entrance of the witches kingdom, then she had heard a sound behind her, then she had turned to see some group of scary looking men, and then they had.. "Ohhh," she mouthed as her face contorted with horror. Yes! she had felt a very sharp and intense pain when they had hit her with something on her head. She did not even know what the thing was. It had happened too fast and she wasn't expecting it. Then she remembered something else, and this time, her breath caught hard in her throat.
