CHAPTER FIFTY FOUR

Selena’s POV

It felt so nice and exciting to watch Raymond lose himself over the news of the missing money that he just heard and I was trying my hardest not to let a smile breakout on my face as he kept on yelling into his phone to be sure that he heard whatever he was being told over the phone correctly.

He was still frantic and his eyes were wild, he looked so panicked and I just watched him as he kept on rambling words into his phone before he finished talking and he ended the call then he palmed his face before sighing in despair. I quickly put on my act back then I turned to face him and placed my hand on his thigh.

“Raymond, what's wrong? What happened?” I asked him and he pulled his palm from his face before he looked at me.

“The pack’s accounts were wiped and they can't track down who did such a thing to me” he replied and I felt a relieved to know that it was difficult for the pack’s technical team to know or track down who did it because I knew that Raymond was definitely g
