Selena's POV

We walked down the passage that led to the stairs as usual and many guards were situated around the stairs when we got there.

I and Lily looked at each other upon seeing them and I kind of figured that it was because of the coronation that they were that many so we didn't need to panic about anything.

We walked down the stairs together with Lily in my front and the guards bowed down to me one after the other after the moment they saw me.

I could see them giving numerous quick glances at me just to stare at my dress and my new look with the same shock from the previous night on their faces and I met each of their gazes with an icy look that made them look away immediately. I hated the way they all stared at me so I had to make them stop staring. I was the luna and I had the power to do that… With just one look and it was done.
