Chapter 18.

Fenrir POV.

Leaving the room, I make my way towards the canteen and see Theo already there, buying food for Mia.

“Hey, how did she take it?” he asks as he orders coffee for us both and pays for the food.

“Mia was calm, too calm. She wasn’t shocked or upset. She listened to what I had to say, but she isn’t the same. I know she wants to leave, and maybe we should let her go home and keep an eye on her.” I sigh as I thank the lady after she hands us our coffee.

“I agree. It will be hard the bond is calling to her, but I know this is a lot for her to take in. She is depressed Fen and if we aren’t careful, we will lose her completely.” I nod, knowing he is right.

Everything I once said to Titus and Aura comes back to me and I sigh. I am doing what I told them not to do. I’m such a hypocrite, but Titus was right, that I would never understand until I found my mates, and now I understand what he meant.

Walking towards a table, I grab the sugar and milk and add them before making my way back
