Looking at the man who is my dad, no, scratch that sperm donor. I sneer at him as he looks at me wide eyed, his jaw on the floor.

“Mia, are you ok?” Both Fen and Theo place her hands on me to ground me as Chaos growls in my mind at Jared. She is matching my mood after what I was shown of him telling my mom to get rid of me.

“I’m fine, let’s go.” I turn, intending to walk into the motel. A hand grabs my wrist as I turn before grabbing him around the throat. He whimpers as I let Chaos forward.
