Theo POV.

Humans, yuck. I don’t like the humans; they are vile disgusting creatures, so you can imagine how I felt when Fen told me were in fact mated to one. I shuddered and became angry at Selene. How could she do this to us? This is some joke to her surely, First she mated me to a man and now a human. It took time to get my head around the idea of not just Fen but also the human. Mia our mate.

But, here we are. She is the only human I am fond of and yes; I come across as being a prick, but that is just me. If anything, Mia should be more scared of Fen than me.

Tilting my head to the side as I peer down at her, she visibly gulps and I sigh, running a hand through my black hair.

“We mean you no harm, Mia. I know you are scared of me, but I will never hurt you. Sit up and let’s talk about this.” She frantically shakes her head and I move around the table and sit down next to her head. Looking down at her and she is shaking. Fucking great.

“Why are you here? What do you want with me?”
