Chapter 28

"Go fuck yourself." A broad grin spread across Patrick's face. 'I've been in this business for years. You think you're the first person to try intimidating me?'  Patrick had been dealing drugs for more then ten years. People like Collen were a dime a dozen. Whether defending their friends, trying to impress their girlfriends, or trying to keep their addict girlfriends clean. It didn't matter if they were expert fighters or not. Sure Patrick had taken plenty of beatings in his time that's just how things were. But in the end, none of the people had the balls to dirty their hands and kill another man. In his business whether it was competition, customers, or white knights, he had his life threatened again and again, does it look like he's dead? Nope.

"You know... I was kind of hoping that would be your response." Said Collen giving him a nod and a cold smile.

'Alright here comes the beating, time to clench the teeth." But to Patrick's surprise no punch ever came,
