Rogue Lands are quite vast and technically speaking. No one can claim ownership on them legally. One can live on them, make a community of their own. But no permanent establishment.

However this law didn't stop the rogues from putting their claims on it. Some areas have been known to be under them since centuries and one of such areas is NR 423 , a stretch of 200 kilometres to the north of the Royal province.

The area is prohibited and dangerous. The rogues there monsters, who have lost their sanity. And amongst them one such rogue who leads them is he.

I have just heard stories about him. Like others. The stories that are more of a horror ones instead of inspiration.
