Apollo healed Eleena as soon as they reached the island. Despite the darkness, they still travelled the sea as it is more dangerous for them to stay in the field. More men might come after Eleena so Apollo didn't take the risk.
He was utterly shocked seeing Eleena in that frightening state. Although he knows that it was not really Eleena who did those horrible things, he still cannot erase the images in his mind.
