There, A Woman Who Started It All

Clang!

The hanging wind chimes made a peaceful sound as I opened the shop's door, announcing my arrival to whoever was inside the shop. And when I stepped inside it, I was in awe.

'It feels like… home.' I gently thought to myself.

I let my eyes travel throughout the whole shop— or should I say the library. It was such a sight to see, and I couldn't help but gape at my spot.

My eyes shuffled as I gaped around, my hands tightly clasping my bag.

The tall dark wood shelves were filled with different types of reading materials, categorized and in order, like any library would do. And impressively, not one spot was missing a book. Different reading spots were scattered around the parameter, but what caught my attention was the cozy and homey cushioned chairs that were sitting neatly in the middle of the whole space.

"Am I in heaven yet?" I couldn't help myself from saying that out loud.

"A couple of people may say that." A voice from behind me suddenly commented.
