Jenson stood at the door watching Ulayah that had finally given up her fight and fell asleep. He wanted nothing more than to go in, untie her and pull her body close to him. He needed his little mate to soothe his wolf. It took a great deal of effort to keep himself from just rushing in and taking her.
She was still in heat, yet with her being a human it wasn't as robust as it would be if she were a female lycan. Hers was very subtle yet it was having an effect on him, which he was desperately trying to control.
