Max went back to his house again. The silence met him like an old friend. He started his normal routine of removing his clothes in various places of the house to make it easier to know where they were for the next day’s use. Max rolled out of bed in the morning. He had made up his mind the night before. This was it. This was half a life for him to live, and he didn’t want to continue this. Henni and Mack were right.
