"If I had a single flower for every time I think about you, I could walk in my garden forever."

“Oh my god, I miss her so much.” Dion murmured as he twirled the fountain pen in his hand. It has been almost three days since he arrived back in Athens.
The first day, he was so busy with work that he didn’t really think much about Sofia.
However, the second and third day was really difficult for him especially when he was back at his home at night.
In the past month, Sofia had always welcomed him home whenever he was back from work.
The only people he saw at home was his staff and none of them could make him feel as happy as being welcomed by Sofia.
He didn’t think it was possible before, to miss someone this much only after a short separation. Yet, with each passing seconds, it was becoming more and more unbearable.
He thought something must be
"One step at a time is all it takes to get you there."-Emily Dickinson-***“Lyon, sit!” She ordered and the puppy sat down while looking up at her with the most adorable eyes. Sofia couldn’t help but smile and gave him a treat.“Good boy, such a good boy, Lyon!” She petted him and he barked in reply.Sofia had been spending an entire day training the new puppy. After a day of being with her, he had gotten himself comfortable with her presence and started accepting her as his new owner. They really bonded with each other,Having the puppy around definitely helped her to take her mind off things a little bit and eased her yearning for Dion a little bit.Ever since he left, she had been thinking of him so much especially right before she sleep. He had accompanied her for the past week and in that short amount of time, she was already used to sleeping with him.
"He prepares evil for himself who plot mischief for others."-Latin Proverb-***Christian was rushing to the basement to his car and he was about to grab the key in his pocket when he suddenly realized the key was not there.“What the hell!?” He checked his both of his pocket and the key wasn’t there. He always put his car key in there and he had never forgotten it before.Earlier, he was sure he had inserted it there right before he left his office.Where could it be? He placed his bag on top of his car and tried searching for his key and still, he couldn’t find it anywhere. His heart felt like it was going to drop. It was getting late, he was hungry, tired and suddenly, he had to deal with this ridiculous thing.Upset, he slammed wall which turned his knuckles blue and purple. The man screamed in pain. Fortunately for him, no one was around to hear him.He was
"It is necessary and even vital, to set standards for your life and the people you allow in it."-Mandy Hale-***“You’re finally here, Gilda! I have been waiting for you!” Lysandra rushed to her side and hugged her.As expected, that woman was still as enthusiastic as she remembered.Prevously, they had decided to meet up at Lysandra’s studio. It was her private studio where she designed and created some of the more exclusive fine jewelries since she didn’t trust anyone else to do the job for her.Though it was called a studio, the place was quite spacious, it had one main room, three different rooms and one bathroom. She was welcomed in the main room and it looked like a little lounge with an open kitchen in the corner.“Hello, Lysandra, I got some cake for you.” She handed over the paperbag and Lysandra took it with a huge smile.“T
"It's crazy what a heart blinded by love can lead you to believe."-Jourdane Erasquin-***Christian was back in the house after getting a locksmith for Layla’s car only to find out later on that the key was dumped in the bin.Fortunately, the trash had not been picked up yet otherwise the key would be lost forever. The car ended up having two keys, one was the original and the other one was the one Christian made that day.He thought having these two keys would make it far easier for him to avoid the same kind of trouble in the future.“I’m home.” He walked inside and saw Layla sitting on the sofa, watching a movie. It was a bit unusual since she was usually not a movie person.Christian slowly walked toward her and hugged her from behind.“Baby, I found your car key and made a spare key in case something like this happens again. Your car is back and it’s per
"First love is only once in a lifetime and it remains only in memory."-Jessica Simpson-***When Sofia was younger, like most girls her age, she was somewhat a hopeless romantic and the subject of her child-like love was none other than a man called Jacques Alarie. He was tall, with dirty blonde hair, blue eyes and round glasses which made him appear as smart as he actually was.He was in the same class as her for three years in a row during high school. The man was polite, well mannered and an overall pleasant person to be around with. One thing about Sofia, she had never been attracted to bad boys since she was young so she always preferred the calm, slightly nerdy guys.He used to be more nerdy than sporty so he would spend his time at the library, either studying or working on some side research he was doing.Naturally, Sofia was drawn to him and since they were in the same class almost all the ti
"The pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again."-Charles Dickens-***“I’m sorry, but I have a husband and I don’t think he will be happy with me exchanging number with a stranger I’ve just met.” She reasoned.Jacques was not expecting that sort of rejection form a woman who looked like a splitting image of his first love. At the same he realized he might be asking for too much and quickly apologized.“I’m sorry, I had no idea you are married already. I understand. But I will give you my number anyway. If you ever need any help with anything. I’m willing to do it for you.”He wrote down his number on a piece of paper and slip it in her bag.“I wish you a pleasant evening, mademoiselle.” With that, he left. Sofia stood there on her own, watching him walk away from her for the second time. There was a little bit of pain in he
"A man who contemplates revenge keeps his wound green."-Francis Bacon-***Christian went to work that morning feeling tired. He didn’t know why but recently he had been feeling a lot of fatigue, not quite sure what caused it.Perhaps he still wasn’t used to the way of life in Paris. It was certainly more sunny and bright than London, but he always felt a bit off in there. He headed to his desk and turned on his computer, thinking to continue working on a program he did when he quickly realized something was off with his computer. All the data related to the program he was working on was deleted. It was as if someone had hacked his computer and purposely deleted his data.“No way, this can’t be happening.” He tried to do a few things with his computer, trying to find anything, a backup, anything but everything has been deleted.“Someone is clearly toying with me. Ho
"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive."-Dale Carneige-***Sofia walked out from her office room after she created a design for the silk scarf. She was thinking of getting herself some dessert when Dion called her.“Are you free tonight?” He asked as he held her hand and guided her to take a seat beside him. Once Sofia was seated, she answered.“Well yes, I don’t have anything planned at the moment. Why?”“I’m going to have dinner with my friends tonight and I am thinking of taking you with me.” Sofia was a little confused because they were in Paris. If anything, it should be her introducing him to her friends. She didn’t think Dion would be having any friends who’s not business related to him in Paris.“Okay, let’s go.” She rose from her seat to grab her dessert and then started getting ready for the din
